At the indicated time, we'll meet at Calle 32 in Guatapé to begin this cocoa tour around San Rafael, where you'll discover the secrets of one of Colombia's star products.

Leaving the starting point, we'll travel to a San Rafael cocoa farm. Upon arrival, we'll walk about 200 metres (656 feet) to the main house, where we'll be welcomed with a refreshing drink.

We'll delve into the world of Colombian cocoa, touring the farm where an expert will explain the steps in the process, such as cultivation, flowering, and harvesting.

Next, we'll visit the wood stove where cocoa beans are roasted. We'll select the best seeds and observe the process of removing the shell, grinding the inside, and extracting the cocoa to create a chocolate bar. Once cooled, it will be ready to eat!

After this optional demonstration, we'll walk to the river for a chocolate exfoliation ritual. A natural experience!

As we conclude our day, we'll return to Guatapé, with arrival at your hotel scheduled 4 hours after pick-up.
