Tikal Day Trip by Air

Starting at La Aurora International Airport in Guatemala City, you'll take a plane to Tikal, located in the northern rainforest of Guatemala. Upon arrival at Tikal National Park, you will explore various Mayan sites in the Petén jungle.

An expert guide will provide insights into Mayan culture as you walk through the different temples, including the Temple of the Masks, the Temple of the Great Jaguar, the Temple of the High Priest, and the Temple of the Two-Headed Serpent, the tallest temple in Tikal.

A meal inside the park will be provided, featuring vegetable soup as a first course, followed by chicken, beef, or pork with rice or vegetables (vegetarian options available).

After lunch, you will return to Mundo Maya International Airport to fly back to Guatemala City.

Important

The tour from Guatemala City does not include assistance until landing at Flores airport. You will need to check in and board the plane independently.
