Los Haitises National Park Tour

Tour Details

After picking you up from your hotel in Juan Dolio at the indicated time, we'll set off to our destination: Los Haitises National Park.

After an hour and a half drive, we'll arrive at the Sabana de la Mar dock. We'll have breakfast of coffee, fruit, and sandwiches and then board a speedboat that will take us to San Lorenzo Bay and its mangroves. We'll visit the caves of Los Haitises to see indigenous petroglyphs and karst rock formations.

Next, we will head to Cueva de la Arena beach or Caño Hondo (depending on availability) where you will have free time to swim in the natural pools or on the beach.

Finally, at 2:30 pm, we'll board the boat again to admire the views of Los Haitises National Park and, if we are lucky, spot the dolphins that inhabit this area while we return to your hotel.
