Saona Island Beach Tour

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Juan Dolio between 7 and 9 am. From there, we'll set off towards Bayahíbe, where we'll take a boat to the island of Saona.

On the way, we'll stop at La Palmilla, where you can swim and enjoy the Caribbean waters. Upon arrival at Saona Island, we'll visit La Caleta and Mano Juan, allowing free time to relax and enjoy the scenery until lunchtime.

For lunch, we'll have a traditional meal by the sea, which includes rice, meat, salad, pasta, and a soft drink.

After lunch, we'll explore the town of Mano Juan, known for its wooden houses and the sea turtle conservation center, focusing on the care of newborn turtles.

Next, we will go to the beach and lagoon of Los Flamencos for swimming. Afterward, we’ll tour the mangrove area to see various types of mangroves. You can also jump off the boat to observe tropical fish and seek out the famous starfish.

We'll conclude with a cocktail toast featuring Dominican rum. Arrival back at your hotel in Juan Dolio is scheduled between 5 and 6:30 pm.
