Cerro Blanco Forest Day Trip

At 5:15 am, we will meet at Avenida Presidente Isidro Ayora near Guayaquil airport and board a minibus for a 25-minute journey to the Cerro Blanco Protected Forest. Upon arrival, we will explore the area to learn about various species of tropical plants and timber trees, including guayacanes and peniches.

We will follow the Howler Monkey trail to observe the diverse exotic bird species, with over 240 varieties documented. The forest's protection is attributed to its flora and nine endangered bird species residing in the area.

Additionally, participants may spot other Ecuadorian animals, such as iguanas, during the walk. After the guided tour, we will return to the vehicle for a drop-off at the starting point around 12:15 pm.
