Cerro Blanco Forest Day Trip
We will meet at 5:15 am at Avenida Presidente Isidro Ayora, near Guayaquil airport, and board a minibus for a 25-minute journey to the Cerro Blanco Protected Forest.
Upon arrival, we will walk through the forest to learn about tropical plant species and distinguish various timber trees, such as guayacanes and peniches.
We will follow the Howler Monkey trail to observe over 240 species of exotic birds residing in the area, including nine endangered bird species that contribute to the forest's protection.
During the tour, you may also spot other Ecuadorian animals like iguanas.
After the guided tour, we will return to the vehicle and arrive back at approximately 12:15 pm.
