Guayaquil City Tour & Historic Park

After picking you up from your hotel, we will embark on a panoramic tour through the historic centre of Guayaquil, highlighting some of the city's iconic monuments.

The first stop will be the column to the heroes of October 9 in Guayaquil Centennial Park, a tribute to the declaration of independence from Spain.

Next, we will walk to Seminario Park, also known as iguana park due to its resident reptiles. Nearby, the Cathedral of San Pedro will be discussed, including its historical tragedies and restorations since the 16th century.

The tour continues through Guayaquil, visiting Administration Square, the exterior of the Clock Tower, and the Hemiciclo de la Rotonda, commemorating the Guayaquil Conference, a significant event in South American independence.

After ascending to the Guayaquil lighthouse, we will proceed to the Historical Park, showcasing the fauna, flora, and traditions of Ecuador across nearly eight hectares. The park features a monumental complex reflecting the architectural style of early 20th-century Guayaquil.

The tour concludes after four hours with a return to your hotel.
