At the agreed time, you will be collected from your accommodation and transported to the Hacienda Cacao y Mango for an unforgettable chocolate journey.

Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed with a refreshing cocktail and the adventure will commence. Your first stop will be the plantations of cocoa, rice, tropical fruits, vanilla, bananas, and coffee, as well as numerous other edible and timber plants on the estate, which hosts 63 species of edible plants and 18 species of wood. During this tour, you will gain insights into the fertility of the local soil.

After exploring the plantations, the next highlight will be chocolate-making. Here, you can sample cocoa juice alongside various products derived from fresh cocoa, including handmade chocolates that are roasted, ground, and more. You will also traverse the conching and tempering workshop, where a chocolate tasting session featuring different cocoa percentages will take place. Additionally, you will have the chance to craft your own chocolate bars with dehydrated fruits weighing 50 grams.

Following the chocolate activities, a visit to the shop is a must, where an array of products awaits, including chocolate soaps, cocoa masks, hats, ground coffee, whole coffee beans, coffee jams, chili jam, Jamaican flowers, leather crafts, and much more!

Your taste buds will be tantalized, culminating in a delightful 3-course lunch featuring locally sourced organic ingredients, delectable seasonal fruit desserts, and, of course, an exquisite touch of chocolate.

After enjoying lunch, you will be returned to your hotel, with an estimated arrival 6 hours post pickup.
