Hacienda Cacao y Mango Chocolate Tour
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel and travel to the Hacienda Cacao y Mango for a chocolate tour.
Upon arrival, you'll receive a welcome cocktail and the tour will commence. We'll first visit the cocoa, rice, tropical fruit, vanilla, banana, and coffee plantations, learning about the local soil's richness.
We will proceed to make chocolate and taste cocoa juice and various derivatives of fresh cocoa. A visit to the conching and tempering workshop includes a tasting of chocolates of different percentages and making chocolate bars with dehydrated fruits (50 grams).
You will then have the opportunity to visit the shop, where various products like chocolate soaps, cocoa masks, and coffee jams are available for purchase.
We'll enjoy a 3-course lunch featuring local organic ingredients and desserts made with seasonal fruits and chocolate touches.
Return to your hotel is scheduled 6 hours after pickup.
