At the scheduled time, we'll meet at Piazza dei Quaranta Martiri, 40. We'll begin our exclusive experience in one of Italy's oldest cities.

Gubbio is rich in monuments that testify to its glorious past. One notable artifact is theEugubine Tables, exhibited at the Civic Museum of the Palazzo dei Consoli. These seven bronze plates, discovered in the 15th century, date back to the 1st century BC.

Other significant sites include theRoman Theatre, located just outside the city walls, and theBasilica of Sant'Ubaldo, positioned atop Mount Ingino, which houses the remains of Gubbio's patron saint, known for leading the city in battles.

Your guide will highlight Gubbio's remarkable architecture from the 13th and 14th centuries, including thePalazzo del Podestà, currently the town hall.

Another highlight of your tour will be thePublic Gardens, a serene area to relax, and the historical Piazza Quaranta Martiri, once a bustling market site in the lower town.
