At the time indicated, we'll start this guided tour of Guimarães outside the Palace of the Dukes of Braganza.

From here, we'll walk towards Guimarães Castle, where we will discuss its founding in the 10th century and its significance in the creation of the Portuguese kingdom. We'll pass by its walls and reach its highest spot for notable views.

After exploring the castle, we'll return to the Palace of the Dukes of Braganza, significant for its grandeur and its connection to the House of Braganza. We will explore the castle's rooms and discuss the family's history in Guimarães and Portugal.

Next, we'll stroll through the historical centre, navigating narrow streets, squares, traditional houses, and cafés. We will visit a winery in the centre for a tasting of Portugal's Vinho Verde wine.

After this tasting, we'll proceed to Largo República de Brasil, concluding this tour after a total of 3.5 hours.
