Portia Wine Cellar Tour
At the agreed time, we will meet at the entrance to the Portia winery, located just outside of Gumiel de Izán.
The tour begins in this innovative winery in Burgos, featuring a striking three-petal shaped building designed by Norman Foster, which serves as an iconic location in Ribera del Duero.
Guided by our oenology expert, we will explore various areas of the winery and learn about the production of Portia wines, including grape selection and barrel characteristics. The one and a half-hour visit provides a deeper understanding of how these esteemed wines are crafted.
To conclude the tour, participants will enjoy a guided tasting of three wines complemented by an aperitif (savory in the morning and sweet in the afternoon).
