Shore Excursion to Nazareth and the Sea of Galilee

On this tour, we will meet at the Haifa cruise port and board a bus to Nazareth, enjoying the northern countryside for about an hour. Our first stop will be the Church of the Annunciation, where the archangel Gabriel is said to have spoken to Mary.

Next, we will visit the Church of St. Joseph, which features a 1st-century grotto believed to be Joseph's carpenter workshop, and nearby is Mary's well. We will provide information about these sacred sites.

We will then proceed to the Mount of Beatitudes, known as the site of the Sermon on the Mount, offering views of the Sea of Galilee. Our tour includes the Church of the Multiplication of the Loaves and Fish, a recent construction modeled after an ancient church.

After that, we will visit the biblical city of Capernaum, a former fishing town linked to Saint Peter. You will have one hour of free time for lunch before heading to Yardenit, where you may have the option to be baptized in the Jordan River.

After a nine-hour tour, we will return to the cruise port.
