Regla Culture & Religion Tour
After being picked up from the Hotel Inglaterra, you will be taken to the Puerto de la Luz, where the Lanchita de Regla ferry awaits. Join locals for a 10-minute ferry ride to the town of Regla.
Just a two-minute walk from the dock is the Nuestra Señora de Regla Church. This church, dedicated to the Virgin of Regla and associated with the Yoruba religion known as Santería in Cuba, has significant historical relevance. Santera women around the church offer palm readings and good luck rituals.
Next, you will ride in a classic 1950s car to the Christ of Havana, where you can enjoy views of the bay from the hilltop.
The tour of Regla will conclude with a return to your original departure point, lasting a total of 4.5 to 5.5 hours.
