Wander through the jungle and navigate through a thousand-year-old cave with this Viñales Valley Day Trip. You'll also discover the tobacco fields in Cuba where the famous cigars are made.

Viñales Valley Day Trip

After hotel pickup, the trip will start from Havana to the Viñales Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999. A stop will be made at a traditional ranch to view local country houses.

Traveling through tobacco plantations, you will learn that this area is the largest tobacco producer in Cuba. In Viñales, you will visit a tobacco farm to observe the traditional rolling of cigar leaves, with an opportunity to smoke a cigar as courtesy.

In the Viñales Valley, you will see the Prehistoric Mural, one of the largest open-air frescoes globally, painted on Jurassic-era rocks.

Next, the tour will proceed to the Jasmines viewpoint, known as "the Viñales balcony," offering panoramic views of mogotes and vibrant valley vegetation.

A traditional meal will then be served with country music and a view of the valley, followed by a visit to the Cueva del Indio, featuring numerous mineral structures. Participants will navigate an underground river via boat until reaching the Caribbean jungle.

After exploring the colonial town of Viñales, the return journey to Havana will conclude the tour at your hotel.
