Description

At the time indicated, we'll meet at Aleksanterinkatu Street to start this architecture tour in Helsinki. We will explore the evolution of the city and its architectural styles, including neoclassicism, Nordic classicism, modernism, and Art Deco.

Key highlights will include the National Library of Finland and Helsinki Cathedral , where we will delve into their 19th-century construction. Following this, we will visit the Pohjola building and access the Jugendsal Room, showcasing national Finnish romance architecture.

Additionally, we will see the Academic Library and the renowned Eliel Saarinen train station. After 3 hours, we will conclude the tour outside the Central Library Oodi.
