Available Card Options

During the reservation process, you can select from three duration options for your pass: 24, 48, or 72 hours, with the following categories:

Helsinki Card: grants access to all museums and tourist attractions throughout the city; however, it does not include public transport.Helsinki Card REGION: offers the same cultural perks as the standard option along with unlimited access to public transport in zones A, B, and C, facilitating convenient connections to and from Helsinki Airport by train.

Operational Process

The Helsinki Card functions as a fully online platform with the following procedure:

After completing your booking, a confirmation document will provide a code.This code must be redeemed on the official website.Post redemption, you can download your tourist card directly onto your device.Activation: the card becomes valid the first time you use it at an attraction or on public transport.Note: Once the Helsinki Card is downloaded from the website, cancellations without charge are not permitted.

For those who have purchased the Helsinki Card REGION, please note that public transport validation requires you to have a printed copy of the card, as digital versions are not accepted on local transport systems.

Children Under 7

Children younger than 7 travel without charge on public transport and gain free entry to most museums.
