Agia Pelagia Beginners Scuba Diving Lesson

Description

At the scheduled time, pickup will be from your hotel, followed by a drive to Agia Pelagia. Upon arrival, you will be equipped for the underwater adventure.

This beginners lesson will cover everything you need to know to get started with scuba diving. The activity begins with a 20-minute theory lesson, detailing how diving equipment works, underwater communication, and safety regulations to follow.

After the theory, you will dive into the water at one of Agia Pelagia's beaches. The dive will last approximately 40 minutes, reaching a depth of 6 meters (19.6 ft), where you can explore the marine flora and fauna of northern Crete.

Once the dive is completed, equipment will be returned, and you will head back to your hotel. The total duration of the activity is 5 hours 30 minutes.

Pickup

The scuba diving activity includes a pickup service from hotels in Agia Pelagia, Fodele, Gazi, Ammoudara, Lygaria, Heraklion, Gouves, Kokkini Hani, Chersonisos, Malia, and Stalida. For stays in other areas, you will be contacted regarding the meeting time and point, which will be around 8:30 to 9 am.
