On our Lassithi Plateau Day Trip, we'll take you to some of the most beautiful parts of Crete. The Monastery of Kera Kardiotissa, Psychro, and the village of Tzermiado await!

Description

At the indicated time, we'll convene at our meeting point in Heraklion and set off on our day trip to the Lassithi Plateau.

Our first stop will be the Kera Kardiotissa Monastery, where we will enjoy an hour-long guided tour. This monastery is a significant pilgrimage site and will allow us to discuss its architecture and iconography.

As we drive to the next stop, we will view Crete's iconic windmills and natural scenery.

Next, we arrive at the village of Psychro, a renowned pottery hub. We will visit a workshop and observe skilled craftsmen at work.

The final stop will be Tzermiado, the capital of the Lassithi Plateau, where you will have 1 hour of free time to have lunch at a local restaurant.

After this, we will return to Heraklion, completing the trip after a total of 8 hours.
