El Colorado Beach Excursion

At the designated time on the morning of the excursion, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Hermosillo and head to El Colorado Beach, approximately an hour and a half drive away.

Upon arrival, you will notice the area's distinct reddish landscapes. We will begin with a two-hour hike to the top of Cerro Colorado, explore scenic caves, and take in panoramic views.

After the hike, you have the option for free time or to take an hour-long cruise across the Sea of Cortez, where you can enjoy the area's clear waters. Look out for pelicans, schools of fish, and possibly a sea lion colony.

Following the boat ride, you will have around 6 hours of free time to enjoy the beach and have lunch at a local restaurant. If desired, kayaking is available for further exploration while we admire the sunset.

Finally, we will return to Hermosillo, arriving at your hotel 12 hours after departure.
