Yaqui Valley Villages Tour

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Hermosillo and start this tour of the Ruta del Novillo.

First, we'll visit Mazatán, a town founded by the Spanish in the 17th century, known for its traditional fresh cheese. After enjoying some local treats, we'll head to Nidopa Ranch, where Bacanora, a traditional drink made from agave leaves, is distilled and produced.

The tour continues to Mátape to visit the Musician's Museum, learning about the origins of the Othón brothers' orchestra and other musical groups from the area.

Next, we'll visit the outskirts of San Pedro de la Cueva to see the Dry Waterfall, a geological formation, followed by a stop at a local wafer factory, noted for its iconic status.

After an hour of free time for lunch, we'll travel to Batuc for panoramic views. The final stop will be in Ures, where we'll visit Zaragoza Plaza and a ham factory.

Finally, we will return to Hermosillo, arriving at your hotel approximately 11 hours later.
