Have fun playing with squirrel monkeys and learn about the habits of these friendly mammals with this fantastic trip to Monkeyland from Punta Cana!

Description

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Punta Cana and travel to the interior of the Dominican Republic in a safari truck.

Our first stop is at La Casa del Coco: an agro-food center where we'll taste traditional Dominican products such as coconut oil, chocolate, coffee, and fresh seasonal fruits. We will also observe the cultivation of some of these foods.

Next, we'll continue to Monkeyland where the friendly Dominican squirrel monkeys await. We'll interact with these mammals and have the opportunity to feed them, as they enjoy being close to humans.

During the 45-minute tour of Monkeyland, we'll learn about the habits of the squirrel monkeys, including their feeding, breeding, and living practices.

After visiting Monkeyland, we’ll return to your hotel in Punta Cana, completing the excursion in approximately 5 hours.
