Saona Island Excursion: What to Expect

At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel to commence our tour. We'll proceed to Bayahibe, where we'll board a catamaran bound for Saona Island, within the Cotubanamá National Park.

During the cruise, we will enjoy traditional music and lively interactions with onboard guides. The open bar will have water, soft drinks, and Dominican rum.

Upon arrival at Saona Island, you'll have free time to swim, relax on the beach, and enjoy Dominican music. A buffet lunch will also be available.

After our time on the island, we'll return to the boat and take a scenic route back, stopping to swim in natural sea pools where you may see sea stars and fish. The open bar onboard will continue for your enjoyment.

Finally, we'll drop you back at your hotel after a 9 to 12-hour adventure.

Pickup is available from various southeast destinations in the Dominican Republic such as Punta Cana, Cap Cana, Bávaro, and Úvero Alto. During booking, specify your location, and we will arrange pickup or an alternative nearby meeting point.
