Set off from the capital of Tasmania for Bruny Island on our day trip. We'll explore this natural area and go on a cruise.

Bruny Island Day Trip & Boat Ride

At 7:45 am, we'll pick you up from Hobart Harbour and take you to Kettering Wharf by bus. From there, we'll take a 10-minute ferry ride to Bruny Island.

After arriving at Bruny Island, we'll catch a bus to Adventure Bay. We'll enjoy a breakfast that includes a freshly made blueberry muffin with a hot or cold drink. Following breakfast, we'll embark on a boat trip around Bruny Island.

During our 3-hour boat ride in the Tasman Sea, we'll see the cliffs and outcrops of Bruny Island's eastern coastline.

After the boat ride, we'll return to Adventure Bay for lunch at a restaurant overlooking the sea. Lunch options include fish fillet with chips, homemade pumpkin soup, or gourmet salad with Tasmanian salmon or ham.

After lunch, we'll head to the jetty on the north side of Bruny Island to catch the ferry back to Kettering. We will return to Hobart Harbour and conclude the trip at 5:30 pm.
