Set off from the capital of Tasmania for Bruny Island on our unforgettable day trip. We'll explore this natural area and experience a cruise.

Bruny Island Day Trip & Boat Ride

At 7:45 am, pickup will occur at Hobart Harbour to transport you to Kettering Wharf by bus. A 10-minute ferry ride will then take you to Bruny Island.

Once we arrive at Bruny Island, we will take a bus to Adventure Bay. Here, breakfast will be provided, including a freshly made blueberry muffin and a hot or cold drink. After breakfast, we will embark on a boat trip around Bruny Island.

The 3-hour boat ride in the Tasman Sea will showcase the cliffs and outcrops of Bruny Island's eastern coastline.

Following the boat ride, we will return to Adventure Bay for lunch at a restaurant overlooking the sea. Choices include fish fillet with chips, homemade pumpkin soup, or gourmet salad with Tasmanian salmon or ham.

After lunch, we will head to the jetty on the north side of Bruny Island to catch the ferry back to Kettering. A bus will then return us to Hobart Harbour, concluding the tour at 5:30 pm.

Day trip without a boat ride

Alternatively, if you prefer exploring the island by bus instead of a boat ride, this option is available, including food tasting.
