Set sail on an exciting adventure with our Tasman Island Boat Trip. You'll explore the south-eastern tip of Tasmania and admire dolphins, sea lions and towering cliffs in a National Park.
Tasman Island Boat Trip
After meeting at Hobart Harbour, we'll embark on a 1-hour drive to Port Arthur. Tea will be served before boarding the boat for our trip around Tasman Island.
The journey begins as we cruise along Eaglehawk Neck, where we may observe cormorants and peregrine falcons. Good weather may allow sightings of dolphins.
Highlights include viewing the Totem Pole rock formations, Cape Pillar cliffs, and the sea lion colony on Tasman Island. Following a 3-hour cruise, we will return to Port Arthur.
After disembarking, enjoy a delicious lunch at a restaurant. From there, you will have 3 hours of free time in Port Arthur to explore the town.
We will then return to Hobart Harbour, concluding 10 hours and 15 minutes after pickup.
Boat trip + Devil Park
This option includes the same initial tour as above. After lunch, visit Devil Park to see the Tasmanian devils up close.
After your visit, we will return to Hobart Harbour.
Boat trip + Port Arthur Historic Site
After the tour activities, enjoy lunch and then proceed to the Port Arthur Historic Site with your ticket. You will have 3 hours of free time to explore this former British Empire prison complex.
Lastly, we'll return to the meeting point in Hobart.
