Set sail on an exciting adventure with our Tasman Island Boat Trip. You'll explore the south-eastern tip of Tasmania and admire dolphins, sea lions, and towering cliffs in a National Park.

Tasman Island Boat Trip

We will meet at Hobart Harbour and take a 1-hour drive to Port Arthur. Upon arrival, tea will be served before boarding the boat for the trip around Tasman Island.

We will cruise along the shores of the Tasman National Park, spotting cormorants and peregrine falcons. Weather permitting, we may also see dolphins.

The cruise includes views of the Totem Pole rock formations, the cliffs of Cape Pillar, and the sea lion colony on Tasman Island. After a 3-hour cruise, we will return to Port Arthur.

Following the boat trip, a lunch at a local restaurant will be provided, and you will have 3 hours of free time in Port Arthur to explore. We will then return to Hobart Harbour by bus, arriving 10 hours and 15 minutes after pickup.

Boat trip + Devil Park

With this option, the tour follows the same itinerary as above. After lunch, you will visit Devil Park to see the Tasmanian devils up close.

Post-visit, we will transport you back to Hobart Harbour.

Boat trip + Port Arthur Historic Site

This option includes the same activities as described earlier. After lunch, you will have 3 hours of free time at the Port Arthur Historic Site, where you can explore a former British Empire prison complex using your included ticket.

After your visit, we will return to Hobart.
