Tour Overview

At the scheduled time, a classic car will pick you up from your hotel in Holguin. Prepare for a scenic 1-hour journey to the Bariay National Monument Park, where you'll be greeted with coconut water and Cuban coffee.

"The most beautiful land that human eyes have ever witnessed." These were the remarks made by Christopher Columbus upon his arrival on October 28, 1492.

As we delve into this pivotal moment in history, we'll take in the memorial built in tribute, showcasing neoclassical ruins and replicas of indigenous artifacts. This monument exemplifies the convergence of two cultures and provides stunning views of Jururú and Bariay Bay.

Next, we'll visit a local residence to gain insights into the customs of the region. Following this cultural immersion, enjoy a 45-minute carriage ride through Bariay Park, during which we'll uncover the coastal ecosystems, the microphyll forest, and the mangrove zones of the Cuban Atlantic.

Continuing our adventure, a performance celebrating Aborigine heritage awaits you. After the show, you will have 2 hours of leisure time to unwind on Bariaya Beach, Esmeralda Beach, Pesquero Beach, or Guardalavaca Beach. Feel free to select the beach that appeals most to you! During this period, take a refreshing swim and savor the lunch you have prepared.

At the conclusion of the tour, we will head back to Holguin, with the return to your hotel anticipated 6 hours after the initial pickup.
