North Cape Trip

On the day of the activity, upon your cruise's arrival, our bus will be waiting for you at the port. Once we're all together, we'll make our way to North Cape, located at a latitude of 71° and an altitude of 307 metres (1,007 feet) above sea level.

After the 40-minute bus ride to North Cape, originally called Knyskanes, you'll hop off the bus and explore the Visitor Center at your leisure. Here, you'll learn all about the northernmost point of Europe. The centre includes a large restaurant , a typical souvenir shop, and a cinema that shows a film called NORDKAPP, depicting life in North Cape throughout the seasons.

In front of the Visitor's Centre, you'll see the famous iron sculpture of the Globe, marking the northernmost point of the continental mainland in Norway. North Cape features immense cliffs and a landscape typical of the harsh Norwegian climate.

After a total of 4 hours, we'll return to the bus to make the trip back to Honningsvag Port, ensuring you have time to board your cruise before it departs.

When booking, you can select the ship on which you will arrive at Honningsvag. The tour can only be booked if your ship appears on the provided list.The excursion is not suitable for passengers whose cruise begins or ends at this port, nor for those not traveling on the specified cruise. Reservations are made at your own risk.

This insurance does not apply if the cruise changes port; a day trip in a new port can be offered as an alternative.
