Description

We'll pick you up from your chosen meeting point in Waikiki at the scheduled time for this hiking trip. The scenic drive will include a stop at Greenworld Coffee Farm for breakfast before heading to the trailhead. Welcome to Waimea Valley!

Upon arrival, you will experience the lush surroundings. This guided 2.4-kilometre hike (1.5 miles) will take us at a leisurely pace through forests and streams. The valley's significance as a sanctuary for Hawaiian spirituality and traditions will be revealed along the way.

Our expert guide will share insights and facts about the valley's rich history, enhancing our appreciation for its cultural heritage and natural wonders. Hidden gems and breathtaking views will reveal the beauty of Waimea Valley.

After hiking, we will arrive at the Waimea Waterfall, where you can take a swim. Following this, we'll enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in nature.

On our return, we'll stop at the Dole Plantation to learn about pineapple cultivation and sample some treats. After 8 hours, we will return to the city and conclude the hike. A hui hou!

Swimming at the Waimea Waterfall depends on the waterfall's conditions each day. Local lifeguards will assess swimming safety at 9 am.
