Our adventure begins at 9:30 am when we collect you from your accommodation in Horta to embark on a journey through the breathtaking Faial Island. Are you ready to uncover the treasures of this Azorean gem?

The day kicks off with a visit to the Nossa Senhora da Conceição viewpoint. Here, you'll be treated to panoramic views of Praia do Almoxarife, Horta, the Marina, Monte Queimado, and Monte da Guia.

Next, we will explore Caldeira, recognized as the most significant natural landmark on Faial Island. This stunning location is known for being one of the largest volcanic craters in the entire Azores archipelago.

Continuing our journey, we will stop at the Ribeira das Cabras viewpoint, where the vistas of Fajã da Praia do Norte and the Capelo peninsula await. Our exploration will take a transformative turn as we approach the Capelinhos Volcano, which last erupted between 1957 and 1958. Here, we will visit the Capelinhos Volcano Interpretation Center and the Capelo Forest Park.
