At 9:30 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Horta to start our tour of the gorgeous Faial Island. Ready to discover all that this little paradise on the Azores has to offer?

Our first stop of the day will be the Nossa Senhora da Conceição viewpoint. From this vantage point, we'll admire Praia do Almoxarife, Horta, Marina, Monte Queimado, and Monte da Guia.

Next, we'll head to Caldeira, the most important natural attraction on Faial Island, known as one of the largest volcanic craters in the Azores archipelago.

We will continue to the viewpoint of Ribeira das Cabras, where we will contemplate the Fajã da Praia do Norte and the Capelo peninsula. The landscape shifts at the Capelinhos Volcano, which was active between 1957 and 1958. Here, we'll visit the Capelinhos Volcano Interpretation Center and the Capelo Forest Park.

To conclude this day, we'll stop at the Monte da Guia viewpoint to enjoy views of the coast. After approximately 8 hours of exploring the island, we'll drop you off back at your hotel in Horta.
