At the indicated time we'll meet at the port of Horta, where we'll board a boat and begin to sail the waters of Faial Island. The views are spectacular!

Depending on sea conditions, we'll sail around the north or south of the island with a clear objective: to locate the dolphins and whales that inhabit these waters. Sighting cetaceans in their natural habitat is a real adventure and a truly unforgettable experience.

Did you know that 28 different species of whales have been identified in the Azores? We'll explain why this Atlantic archipelago is popularly frequented by these marine creatures and give you tips on how to identify them.

You'll be able to take some amazing photos of the coastline of Faial Island during the crossing while we wait for the dolphins and whales to appear. We'll let them approach us so that we don't disturb them in their natural habitat.

After 4 hours of sailing, we'll end the activity by disembarking at the starting point.
