Activity Overview

We will kick off our adventure at Horta Harbour on the agreed date and time, setting sail toward the vibrant waters surrounding Faial Island. Our mission? To seek out the majestic blue sharks that inhabit these Atlantic waters.

While we navigate the seas, we will discuss essential safety protocols that are crucial for your well-being during the experience. We will also prepare the appropriate gear needed for scuba diving.

Once we reach our diving site, we will anchor the boat and plunge into the water to explore the sublime underwater landscapes of the Azores. The opportunity to dive alongside these sharks will test our mettle, creating an unforgettable memory.

After spending approximately 3 to 5 hours in this exhilarating environment, we will return to our starting point.

Diving Gear Options

You can choose to include scuba diving equipment during the booking process, or alternatively, you can bring your own gear.

Prerequisites

To participate in this diving experience, you must possess a valid international PADI Open Water certification or an equivalent to confirm that you are adequately prepared for the dive.

Key Information

Following your final dive, it is important to avoid flying or ascending to high altitudes for at least 24 hours to ensure your safety.
