Huiscapuquio, Corivinchos + Shutjo Canyon Day Trip

We'll pick you up at the Huamanmarca Plaza in Huancayo to begin our day trip through notable places in the Jauja province.

Our first stop will be at the Huiscapuquio Thermal Baths, where we'll provide about an hour of free time to enjoy its medicinal waters. These baths offer excellent benefits for the skin.

Next, we will approach the Pachacayo cattle ranch, near Shutjo Canyon, which offers stunning landscapes.

We'll continue to Canchayllo, where we'll visit the main square and church, as well as the remnant of the Corivinchos archaeological site, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Raimondi puya forest. We will have a one-hour stop for lunch at your convenience.

Following our exploration, we will arrive at Shutjo Canyon, featuring rock formations with walls that reach 70 meters high. You'll have time to take pictures and enjoy the view from the top before we descend for a different perspective.

We will make a brief stop at a distillery to taste their tequila before returning to Huancayo, concluding our day after 11 hours of hiking.
