At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in the center of Hue for a special tour to explore the flavors of Vietnam.

We'll ride a cyclo, a traditional vehicle in Vietnam, to our first stop, the Hue Cake Restaurant. The gastronomic richness of this city stems from a legend where an emperor demanded unique dishes from his cooks.

The first dish we'll taste is bloating fern, a notable specialty. Next, we'll enjoy banh nam, made from rice flour, shrimp, and pork, as well as the city's traditional crispy pancakes and pork skewers.

Throughout the tour, we'll discover the ingredients of these traditional meals. We'll then taste bun thit nuong and bun bo Hue, both featuring meat and noodles.

Finally, we'll return to the cyclos and take you back to your hotel, concluding a 3-hour culinary experience in Hue.
