Forfait Alpe d'Huez

Alpe d’Huez or the “sunshine” is a ski resort with an exceptional climate, and plenty of snow so you can enjoy skiing for a long time.

Since 1936, Alpe d’Huez has expanded at an altitude of 1860 meters on the southern flank of the massif of Grandes Rousses. Known as "La Isla del Sol", enjoying long periods of sun and a very active microclimate.
Just an hour from Grenoble and less than five hours from Paris, Alpe d’Huez offers various activities to enjoy with family and friends. Among its tracks, stands out the Sarenne, the longest track in the world with 16 kilometers.
At 1450 meters of altitude, on the Sarenne cliff, is located Huez (1,500m), a charming mountain village. And with the cable car "Tele-village", you can reach Alpe d’Huez in five minutes.
Alpe d’Huez is actually composed of five smaller ski resorts: Alpe d’Huez (1,860m), Auris-en-Oisans (1,600m), Oz-en-Oisans (1,350m), Vaujany (1,250m) and Villard-Reculas (1,480m); with 250 km of tracks and 82 lifts, including the famous Sarenne track, the longest of the world with

A wide and varied skiing domain with easy tracks for beginners, accessible directly from the foot of tracks. Long descents and strong slides, you can ski up to an hour without using the ski lift, with four routes ranging from 1000 to more than 1800 meters of unevenness. With 16 black tracks, including legendary routes such as Sarenne, 16 km, and the Tunnel, which crosses the mountain from end to end.

FORFAIT ALPE D'HUEZ - Important:

  • For the clients hosted in ALPE D'HUEZ - the ski passes will be delivered to the accommodation
  • For the client hosted in other localities that are NOT Alpe d'Huez: Allemond, Auris, Oz-en-Oisans, Vaujany and Villard Reculas the ski passes should be picked up in the ticket offices, delivering the Superski voucher.

The collection can be done the day before the first day of skiing from 15:00 h

These vouchers MUST BE PRINTED on paper (downloading them on your phone is not acceptable).

The ski passes must be for CONSECUTIVE DAYS.

INSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED in the price of the ski pass.

All Forfaits are delivered in "free hands" card format, the amount of these support/card is included in the price (RECARGABLE and NOT REEMBOLSABLE).
To facilitate the passage in the control terminals, the card/support must be taken to the left and preferably away from the mobile, keys...
Any card bent, pierced, broken or unused by the customer will not be replaced.

The forfait is personal and intransferable, it will not be paid in case of loss or any refund will be admitted once delivered.

IMPORTANT: You must keep both the forfaits and the proof of purchase.

Children up to 4 years of age and adults over 71 years old, forfaits are bought directly at the station, and always presenting at the box office the justifications of the original age (do not serve photocopies) and a photo. And it will take into account the age of the opening day of the forfait. Once the forfait has been acquired, no discount will be made.

Only a full and consecutive stop of the lifts for more than half a day can result in compensation for the damage suffered by the client; it should always be processed to see whether compensation is appropriate or not.
The claims must be sent to the agency, always indicating all the booking data. The answers by the station may take a maximum of um month.
