Traditional Village Tour

Discover the traditional rural way of life in Zimbabwe when you visit a local village and learn about the craftsmanship, customs, and beliefs of this African landscape. This is an unforgettable experience!

Itinerary

At the indicated time, we will collect you from your hotel at Victoria Falls and head to an authentic village situated 12 miles away. Upon arrival, the leader of the tribe will welcome you with a traditional greeting and take you to the settlement’s principal hut.

Here we will see how members of the village perform their daily tasks, and you will have the opportunity to help them work on their handicrafts.

While strolling around the village, the Chief will explain how the huts are built and what materials are used. You will also learn about the tribe's customs and how they differ from those of western societies.

After this experience with the local people of Zimbabwe, we will return you to your hotel in Victoria Falls.
