Your adventure begins with a 6 am pickup from your accommodation in Ibagué, as we head north towards one of the most remarkable sites in the Tolima region: the enigmatic Lost City of Falan.

This hidden gem, nestled in the dense Tolima jungle, comprises ancient ruins, sparkling freshwater waterfalls, and serene natural pools.

Upon our arrival, we'll enjoy a hearty breakfast to prepare for the day's explorations, before embarking on a trail through the nature reserve housing the Lost City. This path leads us toward the ruins of mines established by the Spanish to extract precious metals.

Our guided tour will delve into the remnants of the Lost City of Falan as we seek to uncover the enigmas surrounding this extraordinary site. What led to its abandonment? What became of the indigenous people who labored in the mines?

At noon, we will pause for a traditional lunch, indulging in the renowned chupao falanense, a delightful dish featuring rice, potatoes, cassava, plantain, egg, and meat, all beautifully wrapped in a leaf.

Post-lunch, we'll venture to the ravines of the Lost City, allowing you free time to swim in the refreshing waterfalls and engage in optional activities such as zip-lining or rappelling.

As the day winds down, we will make our way back to Ibagué, ensuring you are dropped off at your hotel by 8 pm.
