There's no better way to get to know the Prado Dam, a masterpiece of hydraulic engineering, than by sailing along it on this boat tour.

Tour Description

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Ibagué at the indicated time and drive to the municipality of Prado, Tolima. There, you will see the Prado Dam, also known as the inland sea of Colombia. We will arrive at the banks of the Prado River, where the boat will be waiting.

During the trip, we'll learn more about this construction, which occupies 4,200 hectares (10,378 acres) of jungle in Tolima. Highlights include the Cascada del Amor waterfall and the Cueva del Mohán cave. The boat will stop for a swim in the dam's waters, and you can rent a jet ski if desired.

After the boat ride, we will return to the harbour to enjoy a typical lunch with a main course and a drink while taking in the panoramic views. Depending on weather conditions, we may engage in sport fishing or visit the waterfalls of the dam.

Finally, we will return to Ibagué and drop you off at your hotel 9 hours after pickup.
