Canyon of the Lost Day Trip

Between 6 and 7 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Ica and head south.

We will first stop at the main square of Plaza de Armas in Ocucaje to see the monuments of the shark, the farmer, and the fighting cocks.

Afterward, we'll stop at a local restaurant for breakfast and to buy snacks for the journey.

Next, we will visit the Cañón de los Perdidos (Canyon of the Lost), starting at a viewpoint to take in views of the geological formations.

We will explore the natural sanctuary of the canyon, learn about its formation, and have time for pictures outside the canyon's mouth. We will also stroll along the canyon's mouth, observing species like owls, black vultures, and lizards.

Prior to concluding our visit, you can have lunch at a local restaurant. A visit to a local winery for pisco, wine, and cream of pisco will follow.

We will then return to Ica, arriving at the main square between 3 and 4 pm.

Pickup

This tour includes pickup from hotels in the center of Ica. For hotels outside the city, such as Hotel Hacienda San Juan and Viñas Queirolo, we will pick you up at Plaza de Armas in Ica.
