Huacachina Dune Buggy & Sandboarding Tour

You will be picked up from your hotel in Ica at 3:30 pm for a trip to the magnificent Huacachina desert, located near Ica.

Upon arrival, the guide will share the history of the iconic Huacachina Oasis before beginning the buggy adventure through the desert. The dune buggy ride offers opportunities to photograph the natural landscapes and view the peaks of the Peruvian Andes.

After exploring the area, a stop will be made for sandboarding, where you can surf down the golden dunes on a special board. This activity promises to provide an adrenaline rush.

Following the sandboarding, you will return to the Huacachina lagoon and be dropped off at your hotel in Ica at 6:30 pm.

Pickup

Select "Tour with pickup" if you are staying in hotels located in the center of Ica. If your hotel is not in the center, choose "Tour without pickup" and arrive at the El Bamboo Hotel at Huacachina Oasis by 3:45 pm. The tour without pickup concludes at 6 pm.

Reduction of activity time

This activity usually lasts 2 hours. However, on the following special dates, the activity may be reduced to 45 minutes or 1 hour:
