Ica Desert Sandboarding or Sand Skiing Course

This course in the Ica desert offers the perfect opportunity to learn and practice sandboarding or sand skiing. The experience begins at the Huacachina oasis with a brief equipment briefing by the instructor.

After a short theory session, participants will board a buggy and venture into the Ica desert. The journey through the dunes leads to a practical lesson area where individuals can choose to focus on sandboarding or sand skiing.

Participants will then have the chance to glide across the sandy terrain for an hour and a half, mastering the techniques as they navigate the dunes. The activity includes multiple descents and ascents, allowing for skill development.

Upon completion of the class, participants will return to the starting point in Huacachina on the buggies, concluding the experience after approximately two hours of engaging in sand sports.
