At your selected time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Ica and we'll go to the Casa de las Tejas Rosalía, a notable location for this Peruvian treat. You'll begin with a guided tour of the factory to understand the history and importance of tejas in Ica.

Following the tour, you will participate in a tejas workshop to learn how to create this traditional sweet. Ingredients such as dried fruits, raisins, and chocolate will be used during the session. At the conclusion of the workshop, you will take your creations home.

After the hour and a half workshop, we will return you to your hotel.
