Description
Between 8 and 8:40, we'll pick you up at your hotel, and at 9, we'll begin this guided tour of Ilhéus, a city known for its beaches and its rich historical and cultural heritage.
During the tour, we'll visit locations that inspired the writer Jorge Amado, such as the Vesúvio bar and the Bataclan cabaret, notable for the romance Amado Gabriela, Cravo e Canela.
We'll stop at the Cathedral of San Sebastian to admire its neoclassical facade and visit Jorge Amado's House of Culture for insights into the life of the writer.
The tour will conclude at the mansion of Colonel Misael Tavares, the King of Cocoa, where we will discuss his significance and the importance of cocoa in the region.
After four hours, we will return you to your hotel.
