Join us on a trip to two important cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina: Mostar and Medjugorje. Mostar features medieval bridges and Moroccan style architecture, while Medjugorje is known as a top pilgrimage site in Europe.

Mostar and Medjugorje Trip

We will pick you up from your accommodation and begin our journey towards Mostar, stopping in Konjic to admire the famous Stone Bridge, built by the Ottomans. Enjoy a Bosnian coffee while gazing at the river Neretva before continuing.

We will drive through the Neretva River Valley, arriving in Mostar, known for its stone architecture reminiscent of the Middle Ages. We will explore the old town, learn about the iconic Old Bridge, and may also visit Kriva Cuprija arch bridge, Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque, and stroll through the narrow streets of the historic marketplace filled with craft shops.

After exploring Mostar, we will head to Medjugorje, a popular Catholic pilgrimage site since the Virgin Mary's reported apparition in 1981. We will walk to the Hill of Apparitions while hearing the associated stories and legends, and visit the central Church of St. James.

Finally, we will return to Sarajevo and escort you to your hotel, concluding the excursion.
