Embark on an exploration of lesser-known landscapes along the Tramandaí River with this captivating kayak tour through the Imbé islands.

Tour Itinerary: Tramandaí River Islands Canoeing Experience

We will meet at Marina Barranco, where the instructor will provide equipment and safety instructions.

The tour, of moderate difficulty, spans 8 kilometers (5 miles) through the Imbé islands in the Tramandaí River. Participants will navigate the river's canals and estuary while enjoying views of Imbé, Tramandaí, and Osório.

During the kayak excursion, travelers will traverse artificial and natural channels, observe native bird species, and experience varied water depths. A pause will be made where the river meets the sea, allowing for a swim with a view of the Morro de Borússia.

After swimming, we will explore narrow channels accessible by kayak, arriving at the Triangle of Waters, where waterways from Imbé, Tramandaí, and Osório meet. The journey continues to Ilha Grande for a rest.

The final stretch returns to the main riverbed, passing through the back of Imbé to observe the contrast between mansions and nature.

The tour concludes after three hours as we return to the starting point.
