On this snowshoeing activity, we'll explore the forests in Ivalo and the areas surrounding Lake Inari in search of the Northern Lights.
Description
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Ivalo at the indicated time and proceed to the forests around Lake Inari, the center of Lapland. We will don snowshoes, collect walking poles, and gather materials to traverse the snowy lands of Ivalo. This adventure features beautiful scenery and includes fun games in the snow. We will also keep an eye out for the Northern Lights, learning about the science behind this natural phenomenon and the conditions necessary to spot them. We will return to Ivalo by bus and drop you off at your hotel 4 hours after the initial pickup.

As it's a natural phenomenon, we cannot guarantee visibility of the Northern Lights during this tour.
Changes Due to Weather Conditions
Depending on the weather, instead of using snowshoes, we can also use skies or conduct the route in a vehicle.
