Lake 69 Trip

Discover Peru's beautiful Cordillera Blanca when you take this trip to Lake 69 from Huaraz. You'll encounter a unique glacial landscape.

Lake 69 Trip

Between 5 and 5:30 am, pick-up will be at your hotel in Huaraz, followed by a bus ride to Huascaran National Park, lasting about an hour and a half.

Upon arrival, we will begin a hike. During the ascent, you may see the colorful flora and fauna native to this region. Wildlife sightings may include a puna partridge or Andean condor.

After approximately 3 hours of hiking, we will reach our destination: Lagoon 69. You will have an hour of free time to explore the area and enjoy lunch (not included).

Please note that the water temperature is very cold if you choose to swim. After your time at the lagoon, we will return to the park entrance, where a bus will be ready to take us back to the hotels.

The estimated arrival time back in Huaraz is 8 pm.
