Lake 69 Trip

Pickup from your hotel in Huaraz will occur between 5 and 5:30 am. Then, we will travel by bus to Huascaran National Park, which takes approximately an hour and a half.

Upon arrival, we will begin a hike through the park, where you can observe the diverse flora and fauna endemic to the region. Look out for the puna partridge or Andean condor, notable since the Incas considered the latter to be immortal.

After a 3-hour hike, we will reach Lagoon 69. You will have one hour of free time to explore the area and enjoy lunch (not included). Be aware that the water temperature is quite cold if you choose to swim.

Following our visit, we will return to the park entrance, where the bus will be waiting to take us back to Huaraz. The estimated arrival time in Huaraz is 8 pm.
