Tour to Honcopampa + Chancos Thermal Baths

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Huaraz at 9 am and embark on a journey to Honcopampa, an archaeological complex that belonged to the Andean Wari civilization.

After 1 hour and 15 minutes of driving, we'll arrive at this site located in the Cordillera Blanca. There, we'll explore its remains to learn about the Wari culture and burial rituals, including the chullpas, or funerary towers, erected for individuals of high status.

Next, we'll walk to the Yurac Yacu waterfalls, where we can marvel at the spectacular cascade of the Aquilpo Gorge. After enjoying this spot, we will make a stop for lunch (on your own).

To conclude the excursion, we'll head to the Chancos Thermal Baths, where you can bathe in waters with medicinal properties. You'll have about 2 hours to relax and unwind.

Finally, we'll end the tour by arriving back in Huaraz between 5 and 6 pm.
