Alpenzoo Entrance Ticket + Innsbruck Cable Car

This ticket allows access to the Alpenzoo, home to alpine species including bears, wolves, elks, bison, snakes, and tortoises, showcasing up to 150 different species. The zoo is known for its conservation efforts in preserving endangered species like the Alpine ibex, bearded vulture, and northern bald ibis. It also features the world's largest freshwater aquarium, exhibiting bream, pike, grayling, and pearlfish.

Innsbruck-Hungerburg Cable Car

The funicular from Innsbruck to Hungerburg connects to the Alpenzoo station in a few minutes. Board the funicular at Rennweg. With this ticket, you can reach Hungerburg station, designed by architect Zaha Hadid, offering impressive views of the river Eno.

Timetable

Innsbruck-Hungerburg Cable Car: Monday to Friday from 7:15 am to 7:15 pm; Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from 8 am to 7:15 pm. Departures every 15 minutes. Disembark at Alps Zoo to visit the Alpenzoo.Alpenzoo: open from November to March from 9 am to 5 pm; from April to October from 9 am to 6 pm.
