This watchtower dates back to 1450 and was used to warn of dangers during the Middle Ages. The dome reaches over 50 metres high, symbolizing the Tyrolean capital's skyline. The lower floors served as a prison.

From the top, you can see the Bergisel and Patscherkofel mountains, the Nordkette mountain range, and the Eno River. Additionally, you'll spot landmarks such as the Helbling House, Katzunghaus, and the Golden Roof, where the emperor observed festivals.
