Innsbruck City Tower Entrance
In Innsbruck, the City Tower offers the best panoramic views. With this ticket, you can climb 133 steps to appreciate the surroundings of the Austrian town at a height of 31 metres. This watchtower dates back to 1450 and was used to warn of dangers during the Middle Ages. The dome is over 50 metres high, serving as a symbol of Tyrolean capital's skyline. The lower floors were utilized as a prison.
From the top, you will see the Bergisel and Patscherkofel mountains, the Nordkette mountain range, and the Eno River. Additionally, you'll view significant landmarks such as the Helbling House, the medieval Katzunghaus, and the notable Golden Roof, where the emperor observed festivals.
