Jungfraujoch Glacier Trip

Visit the mountain pass of Jungfraujoch, considered the peak of Europe and declared a World Heritage Site.

Description

We'll meet at the designated time at Höheweg, 95. From this central address in Interlaken, we'll travel by bus to the Alpine village of Grindelwald, located at an altitude of 1,034 metres.

Once in Grindelwald, we'll ascend by Eiger Express cable car to the Glacier Eiger station. From there, we will take a rack train ride to Jungfraujoch, the highest summit in Europe.

Jungfraujoch, a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, offers views of the renowned peaks: Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. At the summit, we will enjoy the Alpine Sensation show.

Weather permitting, you can admire views from the Sphinx observatory and the Plateau viewpoint, with sights of neighboring countries and the Aletsch Glacier, the longest glacier in Europe. Additionally, you can explore the tunnels of the Ice Palace.

After approximately 2 hours 30 minutes of free time at Jungfraujoch, we will return by rack train to Lauterbrunnen. We will take the bus back to Interlaken, arriving after a total of 7 hours and 15 minutes.

Routes and means of transport may change during maintenance and seasonal schedules without prior notice. A minimum stay of 2 hours at Jungfraujoch is always guaranteed.
