On this 3-day tour of the Highlands and the Isle of Skye, we'll discover the wild landscapes of northern Scotland and take a ride on the Harry Potter train.

3-Day Highlands & Isle of Skye Tour

Day 1: Inverness - Loch Ness - Harry Potter Train - Isle of Skye

On the first day, we'll meet at 15 Union Street in Inverness. Our first destination is Loch Ness, famous for its monster. We will visit Urquhart Castle, offering views of the Loch. Next, we head to the Commando Monument and catch a glimpse of Ben Nevis. Afterward, we will board the Jacobite train at Fort William, known as the Harry Potter train, for stunning views of the Scottish west coast. Once in Mallaig, you can have lunch before we take a ferry to the Isle of Skye and check into a hotel in Portree.

Day 2: Isle of Skye

After breakfast, we visit the Fairy Pools, known for their waterfalls. We will then proceed to the village of Dunvegan for lunch. Next, we explore Quiraing and Kilt Rock waterfall, followed by the Old Man of Storr. In the afternoon, enjoy leisure time in Portree, the largest town on the Isle of Skye.

Day 3: Portree - Eilean Donan Castle - Culloden - Inverness

After breakfast, we leave the Isle of Skye to visit Eilean Donan Castle and then travel to the village of Beauly for lunch. We will visit a whisky distillery for a tasting and then the Battle of Culloden site, ending with a visit to Clava Cairns. We will return to Inverness in the early afternoon.

The tour includes 2 nights in a double room with breakfast in a B&B style hotel in Portree.
