Highlands & Harry Potter Train Experience

At the indicated time, on the day of your tour, we will leave from 15 Union Street and set off on our tour of the Scottish Highlands. Our first stop will be on the shores of Loch Ness, so keep your eyes peeled for Nessie, the loch's mythical monster. We will also stop to admire Urquhart Castle.

The next stop on our tour will be at the Commando Memorial, constructed in honour of the Second World War combatants. Weather permitting, we will have the opportunity to see impressive views of Ben Nevis, Scotland's highest mountain.

Next, the Hogwarts Express awaits. We will board the Jacobite train, commonly known as the Harry Potter train. While on board, we will travel past the deepest lake, the shortest river, and the westernmost railway station in Scotland. We will disembark at the fishing village of Mallaig, where you will have about an hour for lunch.

The last stop will be at Fort Augustus to admire the surroundings of the Caledonian Canal and Loch Ness. We will also make a brief stop at Dores Beach.

After a 12.5-hour trip, we will return to the meeting point in Inverness.
